Imagine money flowing to you, through you,
Mystics say that money is also a form of energy.Our beliefs about money decide how much we have, and with what ease or difficulty money comes to us.
One suggestion is that we write down, at length, all our feelings and beliefs and relations with money.
E.g. my beliefs are, " Money does not grow on trees. I have to Work (do things I do not necessarily enjoy) to earn money. To earn money is difficult.
Only clever, really clever smart people succeed big in business, I do not see how I can go from rags to riches without any money to llay around with." I can write up a whole page of my relations with money.
I need to change my negative beliefs to more positive and helpful ones.
That is going to be difficult.
One way I can begin to change some of my beliefs is to imagine a river of money flowing easily through me.
This means that I am receiving money, and at the same time, passing it onto others, spending, as well.
I have to have a common sense approach to this situation.
To imagine money coming in is not to say that I spend foolishly before money actually has come to me.
Others who have succeeded with this approach say that imagining a free flow of money was a starting point to changing their financial troubles.
All we can do is try. There is no money to pay upfront to try this approach.
