Understand the enemy, to win!

Hello! Welcome to "How Can I Make It A Better World?"

All World one Happy Family.

The other day I was in our local corner shop.

It is the sort of shop which gives you a relaxed feel so that you can easily exchange pleasantries with your fellow customers.

The lady before me, I could not but help notice, was buying almost truck loads of chocolates.

'You, obviously love chocolates,' I remarked jovially.

'Not at all,' the lady said, 'I hate the stuff. It makes me wrench, cough, and go dizzy'

Before I knew what I was doing, words left my mouth, 'Why are you buying all these chocolates then?'

'Because my God Book says I must punish myself, must show remorse for my sins of the past. God will then forgive me and give me a seat by him in heaven.'

Another joke: In our local church on Sunday the Priest was extolling us to live a life according to the Good Book.
'We know,' he warned us grimly, 'that all of us in this parish will die one day.'

At his the man next to me and threw up his arms and laughed with utter joy.

The Priest, visibly annoyed by the interruption, asked this man, 'I have just said that every one in this parish will die one day. What is so funny about that?'

This man next to me says, "I do not belong to this parish.'

UNDERSTAND THE ENEMY TO WIN.

Joe Coddart, in her book, 'Advice from a failure' reports of a young wife just married to her sweetheart, having a shock of her life into her first month of marriage when her husband demands a penny by penny account of how she thad spent the pocket money given to her.

This woman took that demand as a grievous insult to her intelligence and to whole of her upbringing.

There could have been an unholy row over the money issues.

But this woman was sensible enough to see beyond her apparent insult, and understand that this sort of fanaticism with money was a shortcoming in her husband's character.

She quietly obliged.

After a few months, she suggested that since the monthly expenses was about the same each month, perhaps she could be trusted with the money being well spent, and save the frustration every month that this accounting was bringing on.

From that concession, the wife progressed on to having her own bank account, to having joint bank accounts, and to many years of happy married life.

Joe Coddart says that by understanding her enemy, her husband in this case, the woman won in every way.

Wishing you every happiness, Shree-1

Enjoy your life - even if only as a dream!

Hello! Welcome to "How Can I Make It A Better World?"

All World one Happy Family.

A reader of my last blog has told me, after stripping off the nice phrases he has used in the letter to me, that I made a mistake with quoting from the letter I have.

His accusation, I had mis-spelt the name of he firm needing the reference.

I telephoned the company.

A sweet soft spoked voice said, "Hello, V. R. Wisemen here. How cen I halp yuu?"

The last few word gave the game away. That was a South African accent.

That way, as spoken the company was V. R. Wisemen.

So all is as it should be.

But I have to own up to a mistake I did make with quoting that letter.

The applicant for the job at V R. Wiseman and the former employee at Fitmind & Goodbody was a Mr. U.C. Less, and not as reported earlier.

ENJOY YOUR LIFE -EVEN IF ONLY A DREAM.

I want to make the world a better place, and not a hope in hell of making it so.

But that does not stop my determination.

If I cannot do it in a real life, I will do it in my dream.

So I will dream tonight:

I have £20,000,000,23p, after I have paid my 90% taxes to the government.

I will, obviously be living ina manor with a retinue of maids, housekeepers and gardners.

Even then I will have the best part of 8,000,000 left.

I will appoint the best brains in the country, even from Oxford and Cambridge, (I can afford it), to go to Afghanistan to understand the core, the heart of the Taliban people there. Why do they want to kill off British soldiers? Why do they not want their girls to be educated? In what type of life do they see happiness and joy? Do they really want to attack the U.K? The West?

My team of experts will report to me, and then go back to the Taliban asking them how our presence in the world stops them doing what they find happiness in?

Perhaps given a new approach even the Taliban people may begin do doubt the wisdom of their ideas of happiness based on guidance from a world of centuries ago, a world which does not exist any more.

With the experience of their Taliban people made joyful, my team of experts will repeat the exercise at all the conflict spots the world over.

Dafur, Northern Nigeria, the Tamil Tigers, the Koreans, the Hindu and Muslim leaders...

By the time the morning dawns, I will have made it a better world.

What a lovely dream.

I would be enjoying my life, even if only in a dream. But enjoying at least some aspect of it.

Wishing you all the best, Shree-1

Manifest it All

Hello! Welcome to "How Can I Make It A Better World?"

All World One Happy Family..

I am in possession of a confidential letter which was leaked to me. Needless to say, I cannot reveal the name or names of person/s who confided me with this letter.

The letter is from a firm of Messrs. Fitmind & Goodbody, writing to their rival firm called "V. R. Wiseman."

V. R. Wiseman had asked of Fitmind & Goodbdy if they were satisfied with their former employee.

The former employee was seeking employment with V. R. Wiseman.

The confidential letter I have from the personnel manger at Fitmind & Goodbody reads,

"We at Fitmind & Goodbody are very satisfied with the time, though short, that Miss. Nogood spent with this firm.

Even in the brief time with us Miss. Nogood had shown herself to have a creative independent mind, keen to do our work in her own novel ways.

We are satisfied that we have given her total freedom to work entirely as she pleases.

With her determination and devotion to developing inventive ways of working, Miss. Nogood will easily lift any firm labouring under the weight of century old systems of doing things, into modernity.

I am happy to recommend Miss. Nogood to your firm".

MANIFEST IT ALL.

Whilst surfing the internet for self-improvement ideas, I netted in the site of some one who I saw was expressing my ideas with far more eloquence and with a better presentation than I was doing.

The guy running the web site introduces himself as an actuary.

I have the highest regard for an actuary, because I know of the degree of brilliance in mathematics, and in other subjects, required for some one to pass the actuary examinations.

I recommend you to his website:

http://manifestitalltoday.com/manifestanything/free-video.php?e=USP-1-20

(You may want to copy and paste this into your browser)

I also suggest that you go on to the link shown in this video presentation, if only to enjoy the beautiful presentation of empowering ideas.

This guy has made his teachings into a business. So he ends up by wanting you to invest in his methods of finding success and fulfilment in life.

Whether you invest into his ideas or not is your choice. But I should mention that should you do invest with this man, you will not loose out in any way.

More to the point, as a sort of side effect of you developing to your full potential, I, too, will get some financial benefit
from your investment.

I suppose a financial gain for me, as a side effect of my wanting to make a better world for everybody, cannot be helped.

Wishing you all the best, Shree-1

POWER OVER YOUR THOUGHTS

HELLO! Welcome to "How Can I Make It A Better World?"

All World One Happy Family

A report of a research: I recently came across the report of a research finding which proved conclusively that little babies, not yet one year old, whilst still just learning to crawl, have a deep sense of wanting to help others.

In the experiment a mother overfilled her hands and arms with all the bits and pieces needed for her baby feeding time, box of cereals, milk, bowls, spoon, fork, tissues, and what not.

She then purposefully dropped an item, in one case studied, a spoon on the floor.

Before the mother could even think of freeing her hands so that she could bend down to pick up the fallen item, in this case it was a spoon, the baby, a long way away, grasped the mothers frustration, crawled over at break neck speed, grabbed the spoon and put it straight into the mouth. It was obvious the baby wanted to help the mother save even the bother of filling the spoon with cereal before giving it to her.

Similar eagerness for helping others was shown regardless of what item was dropped on the floor.

The research showed this to happen with 100% of the babies in the experiment.

(The research paper clarified that the number of babies involved in the research was one.)

POWER OVER YOUR THOUGHTS.

I do want to make it a better world for every one.

i have accepted that one way I can do that is to make my world a little bit better.

To make my world better I have learnt, from my studies over the last two years, that I need yo change my beliefs to reflect the world I want.

My beliefs are nothing more than my thoughts about whatever issue I am concerning myself about.

To alter those beliefs I should have power over my thoughts.

Power to stop thinking of something, and replace it with another thought in my mind.

But can I do that? Almost impossible.

There was an unsavoury incident i the family yesterday evening, and to this moment I keep on thinking about it.

What did I do wrong? Why did some one else say what was said?

I want to stop thinking about it. It is all over, and of no permanent significance at all.

But I have no power over my thoughts.

How then can I make the world a better place?

Your suggestions, please, your advice to me, please...

You may use the comment box below.

Wishing you all the best, Shree-1

Do I Believe in my Beliefs?

Hello, and welcome to "How Can I Make It A Better World?"

All World One Happy Family.

A tale of love and marriage

A young man thought he was quite ugly.
Obviously years slipped by, and the sweet heart of his dreams eluded him.
One day, swallowing his pride, he took himself to a marriage office.
The sweet charming clerk at the Office told him that they had on their books, a girl just perfect for him.
"She is beautiful, smart, and everything a man would hope for," said the clerk.

Our man beamed up at the thought of marrying the most lovely girl in the world.

But soon enough dark clouds of reality descended on him.

"If she is that good," he questioned the clerk, "how come she is not married yet?"

"There is a problem," said the clerk.

The hero of our story thought sorrowfully to himself, "That's life, nothing goes right for me,"

The clerk continued, "The problem is that for one day every two years the girl goes wildly mad. She just goes berserk. If you can survive her through that day, then all is fine again for the next two years. You will never have any one sweeter than her for the next two years."

Our man was desperate enough to chance it.

"O.K." he said, "When can I marry her?"

"Not yet," the clerk said, "She will not marry any one now. You will have to wait two years until when she again has one of her mad days."

DO I BELEVE IN MY BELIEFS?

"You can do any thing if you set your mind to it."

Have you heard that before?

The real challenge is different.

Decide on achieving something that would be the pinnacle of your life. Some thing that you have always wanted to do or to be.

The real challenge is, "Do you believe you can do that?"

Give a thought to the question before reading further.

If you think you can't do that, then you need to change your belief.

There are ways of changing one's beliefs.

Most of them are common sense. So any one can discover those ways to change one's beliefs on their own.

If requested, I will give some hints of accepted ways to change one's beliefs.

My wish was to make the world a better place.

Do I believe I can do it?

I have made myself a vehicle to get me to my goals. The vehicle is www.macrofacts.org

I want that programme to sit in all computers the world over, as Microsoft sits.

Do I believe I can do it?

Frankly, I think I have less chances of doing that than of winning the jackpot in the Euro-Millions lottery.

In other words, not a chance in a billion. No way.

May be I could change my beliefs.

Can I change my beliefs?

Wishing you all the best, Shree-1

Be The Person You Want To Be

Hello! Welcome to "How can I Make It A better World?'

All world one happy family.

A story:

A man attended his local church one Sunday morning.
There he was overcome by a deep desire to do some good to others in his life.
But his poverty came in the way.
He, in all earnestness, prayed to the Lord, "Kindly. Lord, give me £100,000, and I swear upon my mother's grave that I will give over £60,000 to the needy and the poor."
The man looked forward hopefully each day of the next week, feeling sure that his £,100.000 will come to him by the end of the day.
By Saturday night nothing happened at all.
That night, in his distress, the man saw through, in a flash, the error of his praying to his Lord.

He was at the Church on Sunday morning before the church doors had opened.

As soon as he was close to his Lord in the Church, he amended his faulty prayer, " I fully understand You, Lord, not trusting me to give the £60,000 to the poor. Please, Lord, kindly just give me the £40,000, I do not mind if You give to the poor and the needy Yourself."

BE THE PERSON YOU WANT TO BE.

It is easier said than done.

But do try this out.

The person that is the "you," what would that person be happiest being/doing?

Be that person.

You will be very happy.

Our world be better for having one extra very happy person.

Wishing you all the best, Shree-1

Overcome guilt

Hello! Welcome to "How Can I Make It A Better World?"

All world one happy family.

Joke: Old Joe had been working for a fun fare, fare ground at a sea side for six years. His days began at 9am, and very often
dragged onto well after midnight.

His fare ground company, in recognition of his efforts, rewarded him with a company car.

That is him, Old Joe, banging along in the traffic in the dodgem car.

OVERCOME GULT

Sometimes we feel unable to enjoy our world by being laden with guilt for errors made in the past.
"How can I laugh and joke freely when I nade that silly mistake costing me thousands?" or something of that nature.
Something that we can use as an excuse to berate ourselves for our inability.

That is guilt.

It is good to have guilt.

Having a sense of guilt stops us behaving in the same silly way again.

But there is no reason, because of that guilt, to stop living the present moment to its utmost.

No reason to enjoy the pleasant time now, for the guilt for events in the past.

HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY!

Hello! Welcome to "How Can I Make It A better World?"

All world one happy family.

A story

A long time ago, a time so long ago that even the circular wheel had not yet been invented, there lived a king.
His kingdom was set amongst rolling hills, valleys, rivers and green pastures.
The king would roam around his kingdom in a carriage that had square stout wooden frames for wheels.
It was a bumpy ride, but that was the accepted way things were.

One day a young man, full of enthusiasm and enterprise turned up at the palace gates, and pleaded to be shown to the king.

Finally his request was granted.

The young man unraveled the package he carried in with him, and proudly showed off to the king and the assembly his new set of wheels for the royal carriage.

"The wheels are worth at least 10 bushels of corn each, but for a royal patronage I can make eight wheels for the royal carriage for only sixty bushels." the young man put in his trading terms.

The King's financial adviser, who had been listening to the young man very carefully, stared at amazement at the contraption the young man had laid before them.

He could restrain himself no longer.

He blurted out, "But this is a triangle! How can that be an improvement over what his majesty already has?"

"One less bump," explained the young inventor.

Have A Wonderful Day,

Enjoy your work and work what you enjoy.

Have a wonderful day! Shree-1

Criticism explained

Hello Welcome to "How Can I Make It ABetter World?"

All World one happy family.

It was great pleasure to have had a message given to me that a family that we had lost contact with for many years have tumbled upon my blogs, and they do look forward to reading my blogs.

I thank them, and all of you, for taking an interest in my thoughts.

If you woud kindly click in this system as being a follower of the blog, I would be greatly encouraged with my efforts of making our world a better place to live in.

CRITICISM EXPLAINED

One comment I am aware of is the ridicule made of "Create your world with your thoughts" is that bread served at the table will not get into one's mouth except by you guiding it to the mouth. No amount of thinking will get the bread to mysteriously pop into your open mouth.

There is a tragic fallacy in this ridicule of the real nature of our world.

The fallacy is of the type that one thinks that water and ice are essentially one and the same, so I can sail my ship through an iceberg across my path as readily as I can sail through water.

Water has condensed into a different form, the ice, and has different physical properties to water in that new form.

Similarly whilst "all world is an Idea" theory says that all that exists is a thought, in bread at your table the thought "bread" has condensed into the form of bread that obeys the Newtonian laws of physics, just as your "body thought" condensed into your body has to obey the same physical laws.

A thought acts on another thought (of the Universal Mind), not on thought that has solidified into matter.
So you cannot think that the bread at the table will enter your mouth, and it does so. Our theory does not propose that, and therefore, it should not be mocked using this argument.

What the "all world is an idea" theory says is that all matter, including our bodies, is at its very fundamental level, composed of a stuff that has the qualities of a thought in our mind.

It is like saying that the fundamental units that make up matter is electrons, atoms and molecules, but you do not see these in the bread at your table.

You can generate an idea, a thought, which then can mysteriously, by a process not yet understood (remember sunlight turned into grass by processes named, but not understood) condenses into a physical thing you can touch and feel.

Signs of such thoughts turning into things are all around us. Microsoft was a thought of forming a software company in the mind of young Bill Gates. The train engine was a idea in the mind of Stephen Watts. The skyscraper, the motorway, parking meters, and a billion other things you see all around you began as thoughts in someone's mind.

I hope that reasoning clears up the obstacle to accepting the "you create your world" theory.

There is another criticism thrown against the same idea.

It is that the theory suggests one can, say wish for a new Rolls Royce car, and it will just appear on ones drive-way, which of, course, is a ridiculous suggestion.

That criticism frankly does not apply to this theory at all, because the theory does not say that.

According to the theory, your thoughts turns into things after undergoing a mysterious, admittedly, not yet understood process.

That process may include us working towards making the thought into a thing.

The work, though, will be inspired work, as if guided by a force towards making the thought into a thing. Circumstances may develop that take you to your goals.

The fact remains that all world is an idea of the Universal Mind, and that one does create one's own destiny.

The magic behind "you create your world" theory is that you are not at the mercy of some one else, a God, to bestow you pleasure and pain. You decide the life you want. God is not out of this equation. He is very much a part of it - after all, He is the Universal Mind, or if you wish, behind the Universal Mind.

In any case, He is now helping YOU with your efforts. Remain guided by Him as YOU make your thoughts into things.

Wise people have said so through the ages. God helps those who help themselves.

Wishing you all the best, Shree-1

Satisfaction with life

Hello! Welcome to "How Can I Make It A better World?"

All world one happy family.

The message that I learnt at a Health Farm in India in February this year has taken a hold on me, true and proper.

The message, essentially is that the Universe is an "idea" of a "Universal Mind"

We, as a part of that Universal Mind., are also an idea, and more important, have the same abilities to influence matter, the world we experience, as has the Universal Mind.

This view of our cosmos is very ancient one. I have know of it since my childhood days. But the teachings of Science at school failed to show any sense in such outlandish ideas, and I, in common with almost every one of my generation, rejected such notions.

The approach science has taken is that this, the world experienced is the world cfreated byh the one who experiences that world, is so outlandish that it is impossible.

Sciences is saying that without any proof that it cannot be so.

May be science will in some time in the future find truth in that saying. May be scince has already glimpsed at this truth with its quantum physics, but our schools are reluctant to teach this rality of our world because the people who set the school curriculums do not believe in that.

I cannot feel the earth spinning. I did not feel it spinning when I was a child art school.

Since then to this day, I see the sun rise inone coener of my room, and set in another corner of the room.

At school I was taught that the earth is spinniong, and the eart goes round the sun, not the sun around the earth as seen.

These facts were taught because science backed up these teachings,

I, as a school child did not knoew of that scientific backing. I just accepted the ideas, because our text books, and our teachers said so.

How can we tell oiur children, now, that just as the earth is spinning, even though we cannot feel oit, our thoughts make our world, even though we cannot see it to be so?

I now think that had I been able to accept the truth in this view of our world, and applied it knowingly to my life, I would have been able to develop my wishes to their full potential.

May be I can let the new generation avoid the pitfalls that I fell into.

One way I can think of doing so is to make a web site, and have it in everyone's computer the world over, as Bill Gates did with his software, Microsoft.

I have drafted out the Welcome Page, waiting to get it published at a site registered as MacroFacts.org

The draft page is pasted below:

MacroFacts

1. Our life is meant to be enjoyed to the full.

2. The world we live in is an idea of a Universal Mind.

3. We are very much a part of the same Universal Mind.

3. We have, therefore, access to all the power we need to create all we desire.

4. Our Thoughts, Desires, and Beliefs create what we experience.

5. We have the freedom to desire what we want.

6. Our attempts to fulfil our desires are limited only by our beliefs in what is possible.

7. There is enough stuff out in the Universe to fulfil the wishes of every person on the planet.

There are many ways of using the Universal Mind to assist us.

Those listed above are the MacroFacts of Life.

If your life is already fulfilled with all your desires, you are, knowingly or unknowingly, applying these MacroFacts in your life.

If your life is lacking in some way, please, whether you believe in the truth of these facts or not, act as if they are true.

“ACT” is the key word - you do need to perform to fulfil your desires, but you will be inspired in your actions, almost as if you are being helped in some way towards your wishes.

The link “Discussion” on this page gives you a rationale behind these MacroFacts.

The link “Skills” tells you of one way in which you may apply the above MacroFacts to improve your situation in your life. You may find several other methods to apply these principles to better your life on your own accord.

All information at MacroFacts.org is unrelated to any religion or dogma. It is given to you free of any charges, as a dedication to those searching satisfaction with their life.

Our desire at MacroFacts.org is that should you be one of those wanting satisfaction with some aspect of your life, you will benefit in some way from the MacroFacts expressed here.

You may wish to make MacroFacts.org your opening page in your browser. That way you will be assisted with reminding yourself of these MacroFacts every time you get into your web browser.

You may even want to help Macrofacts.org spread its MacroFacts by forwarding www.MacroFacts.org to others.

Finally, as with any information YOU must check it out with appropriate experts before you implement any suggestions from MacroFacts.org.

Information at MacroFacts.org is provided in all sincerity, in good faith, but neither the provider of this information nor MacroFacts.org assume any liability for any untoward effects suffered by any person applying the suggestions at MacroFacts.org.

As much Health, Wealth and Joy as you desire

Hello! Welcome to "How Can I Make It A Better World?"

All World One Happy Family.

A Joke: A peasant boy was asked at school, "How would you divide twenty potatoes amongst six people?"

The boy's quick reply, "I would boil the potatoes and mash them up."

Again, a joke: An American couple adopted a baby from Kenya. They are now learning Swahili so that they can understand
the baby when he starts to speak.

As much Health, Wealth and Joy as you desire:

I wish the new generation starting school today were brainwashed into the New Age Philosophy that everything that happens to us is due to our thoughts, dreams, and beliefs.

The corollary of that teaching would be, of course, that by our thoughts dreams and beliefs we can create all that happens to us.

It is amazing how much of what we are taught when young remains in our psyche until old age.

I learnt when a child, that one should respect food, the printed word, and money. To this day I would not step onto rice that might have spilled onto the floor, or onto a newspaper, or onto a book. It was with great initial aversion that I started crumpling up newspapers to use as stuffing for packing or as a lining in drawers.

I was taught that the earth goes around the sun, and not as I see everday with my own eyes.

I accepted all these teachings given to me as facts, without demanding proofs for their being true.

(Proof for the belief that our thoughts create our world is available - but requires great concentration of mind, which can be acquired only after considerable practice. One just keeps on asking "Who is the ME in my body?" and silently observes the thoughts arising in one's mind, and finds the gap between the arising of these thoughts, and dwells in that gap to find the answer, and the proof of this New Age Belief.)

The world of the youngsters given this knowledge, with skills how to apply that knowledge, will be a far better world than mine. They will be able to enjoy as much Health, Wealth and Happiness as they desire.

I hope you can help me spread this message to the world.

Wishing you all the best, Shree-1

A Nice Guy at work - an angry man in mind

Hello and welcome to How Can I make It A Better World?

All World One Happy Family.

I regret to tell you about the mistake I made over the weekend.

I splashed out on an expensive tie for a social gathering, but I find it too tight.

I am hoping the shop will give me refund when I return the tie tomorrow - wrong size for me!

Another joke: A young man attended a funeral of a relation of her fiance. That was the first time he had an occasion to meet his fiance's full family.

The young man found them all to be a miserable lot.

A Nice Guy at Work - An Angry Man in Mind.

It is always good if one can know what one's nature really is.
Some people may seem to all the world as nice guys, very obliging, placid and pleasant to be with.

But he same person may be seething with anger within himself.

Such anger will one day cause him an illness like stomach ulcer or a heart attack, or he may smash the church windows, or even go on shooting spree killing everyone in sight.

It is best if one can get to know one's own self. If there is anger, being suppressed, because it is social to do so, it is best to recognise the anger, and get rid of it.

Some psychologists say you could shout out on a field, hit out at pillows, or write out your anger on paper.

May be the easiest thing is to just recognise the anger, and then forget about it. Then you can be true to your self, and be sincerely and truly a nice guy.

Wishing you all the best,

Shree-1
