Macrofacts - What are they?

All world one happy family.

As in a family, if everyone loves, respects, and understands the other, whatever the other's colour, race or creed, the world itself will be on happy family.

How will disputes be solved in this world?

Certainly not by shouting, fighting, robbing, and killing.

How then?

I do not really know the answer to that.

In theory, if one loves and understands the other, there should be room for peaceful dialogue between the disputing parties, and, since each loves, i.e. has a feeling of kindness, care and concern for the other, with sufficient give and take, disputes would be amicably solved.

That is one way of making the world a better place.
