I want today's children to grow up in a world of happiness, friendship and love.
How can I make it that that becomes true?
The only way I can think of is that if I first love myself, with all my faults, and regrets, and inabilities, may be I will be able to love others.
Loving others begins by first liking others. This happens when you instantly respect the other person, for who he is.
You certainly do not hate anyone. To hate any one is to rob yourself out of fun and joy. You more harm to yourself when you hate some , than to the person you hate.
Looking back at my life, the only reason I could run my little shop was because every time a customer walked through the front door, I used to say to myself, "I like this person, and feel really glad to have been given a chance to meet him. This joy was reflected in my greetings to my customer. That is the only reason I think people kept coming to my store as customers - my store had no other assess to it at all.
